Coaching and Conflict Management

Conflict Coaching – for individuals

Sometimes it is not possible to bring together two parties who may have been offered mediation. Sometimes one party wants to mediate whilst the other party doesn’t and on other occasions there is not the same incentive to mediate for both parties. This can leave one or indeed both parties with residual feelings of guilt, anxiety, confusion and no immediate way to address the emotions associated with conflict.

Conflict coaching provides a great opportunity for individuals to address these residual feelings and examine their own spheres of influence to find solutions and a pathway forward based on their own needs.

Individuals in the workplace can often find themselves in difficult situations or even frequently having difficult conversations. Coaching is a great way of understanding yourself as an individual and how you react and respond to others within a context of the goals that you want to achieve for yourself.
